Sunday, 17th December: Homecoming Party

Join us for a warm and vibrant welcome at the Diaspora Reception hosted at the prestigious Wave Beach Club. This event sets the tone for a week of camaraderie, providing returnees with an opportunity to reconnect with their roots and forge new connections.
 

Monday, 18th December: - Diaspora Community Impact. Make a positive impact on the community with Diaspora Community Impact Day. Engage in volunteer activities, community outreach programs, and collaborative initiatives designed to create lasting positive change in the local communities of Lagos.

Tuesday, 19th December: Mainland Tour:  

Embark on our Mainland Tour during Lagos Diaspora Week, uncovering the richness of Lagos State, Nigeria. Visit iconic landmarks and discover tourist attractions, immersing yourself in the vibrant culture and history of our city. Join us for a condensed exploration, where each stop unveils the diverse tapestry of Lagos.

Wednesday, 20th December: Diaspora Health Plan Showcase

 The Ilera Eko Diaspora Health Plan Showcase event is a vital component of Lagos Diaspora Week. This initiative underscores our commitment to the well-being of the diaspora community and other dependents. Join us for informative sessions, health workshops, and expert insights, ensuring a holistic celebration that prioritizes both business success and individual wellness. As we connect and celebrate, let's also invest in a healthier, thriving diaspora community.

Thursday, 21st December: Lagos State Goverment Christmas Carol

Governot Babajide Sanwo-Olu will be hosting Lagosians at the yearly Christmas carol held at the Governor’s office in Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos.  Limited passes are available. Interested members of the diaspora community should register to attend.

Friday, 22nd December: Lagos Diaspora Dialogue - Doing Business in Lagos.

to be hosted by the Lagos State Office of Diaspora Affairs will be an insightful Twitter Space event. 

The discussion will center around business opportunities, investment climate, and the vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem in Lagos. Engaging conversations will unfold, featuring experts and diaspora entrepreneurs who will share valuable insights and practical tips for thriving in the dynamic business landscape of Lagos.

Saturday, 23rd December: Christmans In Badagry

Conclude the week by celebrating Christmas in Badagry as a festive highlight of Lagos Diaspora Week. Immerse yourself in the historical charm of this coastal town, adorned with holiday spirit. Enjoy special events, cultural festivities, and the unique blend of tradition and merriment that make Christmas in Badagry a memorable experience during this joyous week of celebration.
