The Secretary of Transportation, State Of California, USA, Mr. Toks Omishakin paid a courtesy call on The Governor Of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Sanwoolu yesterday in Lagos.
Toks Omishakin, an Ile-Ife born American citizen was once the Deputy Commissioner Of Transport (Planning) Of the State Of Tennessee in the US before he was invited by the governor of California, Mr. Garvin Newsom to serve as the first Black Director Of CATRANS - California Department Transportation in 2019 and sequel to his outstanding performance as the CATRANS's Boss, he was appointed 2 years later as the Substantive Secretary in charge of the California State Ministry Of Transportation
He is not just a very close aide of his governor but also a strong member of Kamala Harris Presidential Campaign Team.
He is a very proud Nigerian in Diaspora.
